dc.description.abstractThe ability to compete is the main issue in modern organization in order to maintain the existence of the organization. To make the organization stronger, human resources have to keep their competency and performance because these two factors build the organisation’s continuation. This research’ goals are (1) To identify communication among employees at CV. ABC Bogor Chapter, (2) To analyse the influence of communication factor among the employees to the employer’s motivation at CV. ABC Bogor Chapter. There are 5 of 6 communication variables that have strong communication influence to the company which are: empathy, supportiveness, positive ness and equality. Meanwhile openness does not have a real correlation. By communication, the manager will know how far their potential so they could improve it. As for the company, could make an assessment concerning the workers’ motivation. Supportive condition to the motivation to be responsible, cooperative, and hard working have strong effect on employees’ motivation. Equality, empathy and positive ness correlate with the motivation to be responsible. Meanwhile, openness describes no association. Issues to be fixed from the openness are: the acceptance to the advices and critics, reportance to something considered right, reports of working issue to the management and openness of problems among workers. The company must act to anticipate the condition well by occuring a Basic Leadership Training or Team Building. Based on the analyse result, there are some factor that correlate to the employees’ motivation. They are: relation among workers, the company’s regulation and policy, relationship between employer and employees and working atmosphere. Compensation variable does not have real effect to the motivation. Respondents claim that they are less satisfied by the salary they earned so far. The incentive and facility given by the company are less sufficient. Due to that problem, the management needs to make new policy about compensation.id
