dc.description.abstractWest Java is the province that experienced the largest rice field conversion in Java, so the monitoring system was needed in rice fields conversion case. MODIS MOD13Q1 product was used in this study, which provide seasonal dynamics of pattern fields. This data is composite 16 day from 2000 to 2015 as many as 353 data. MODIS EVI dataset has been corrected for the effect of gas and aerosol scattering but the time series data still contains disturbance atmospheric disturbances that cannot be removed effectively by the algorithm MODIS VI. So the signal correction filter for wavelet transformation caiffiet level 1 to reduce the interference in time-series dataset. This study focuses on the changes Bandung area of agricultural land of a water body to agriculture. Such changes may result in the 10 classification of k-means clustering paddy fields classification in West Java that one of them is change from water body into paddy fields. K-nreans clustering classification using Matlab applications, while the change of land use was detected using BFAST.id
