dc.description.abstract	Oil refinery unit (UP IV) is one of industries which are commonly located in the coastal areas. This is due to the fact that coastal area is strategic area, either its transportation aspects or its resources support capability. Meanwhile, the industrial development in an area will influence the economic and social aspects of the society, either directly or indirectly.
