| dc.description.abstract | Baluran National Park is a one of the habitat used by javan langur. The aims of this research were to get the actual condition of population, habitat and to describe the characteristics of habitat used by Javan langur especially in Balanan Resort, Baluran National Park. Field observation had been done in March to April 2014. Population of javan langur was estimated using Concentration Count Method. Influence of biotic factor, including vegetation as their feeds and cover as well as abiotic factor including altitude, slope, distance from river, distance from disturbance (road and villages) were analyzed by using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Result showed that there were 6 groups consisted 93 individuals, with average size 15,5 ± 5,381. Factors that contributed to the existence of javan langur could be summarized into four (4) component, which represented biotic factors namely regeneration vegetations, and climax vegetations, and abiotic factors as well as physics factors of vegetations. | id |
