Staphylococcus aureus is a pathogen, which the infection by these bacteria can be spread to livestock. The infection in livestock correlates with the use of antibiotics to cure or prevent the infections. This research aims to determine the sensitivity of S. aureus to the antibiotics: erythromisin, streptomisin, tetracycline, cefepime, neomisine, nitrofurantoine, amikacine, chlorampenicol and ciprofloxacine. This research was conducted through isolation on agar and disk diffusion test. The result of this research showed that our S. aureus isolates are resistant to cefepime, neomisine, amikacine and ciprofloxacine.
