Medical conservation is an important aspect to be developed in Indonesia as a mega biodiversity country Taman Safari Indonesia (TSI) is an ex-situ conservation institution that has challenged on repeating cases of extremity fracture of wild Felidae during 2011-2014. These cases were considered as a non-technical or non-human error. However, the etiology of this case should be performed for future preventive purpose. For this purpose we did retrospective study by evaluating five clinical data of wild Felidae at TSI Cisarua Bogor. Extrimity fracture located on os femur (5), os tibia-fibula (3), os ulna (1), and on one of them was treated with bone pin. The result revealed that the profile of serum calcium and phosphor seemed to be fluctuating. The serum calcium tends to be decreased and considered as a subclinical hypocalcaemia. The serum phosphor tends to be increased four times and considered as a hyperphosphatemia. From five wild Felidae four of them has fluctuation in calcium and phospor serum. The combination of fluctuating subclinical hypocalcaemia and hyperphosphatemia were concidered as predisposition factors of extremity fracture.id
