dc.description.abstract	There are many factors thought to affect the interests of prospective students choose IPB. On this basis, this study aims to determine what factors are affecting students in choosing IPB. Structural equation model (SEM) is used to find the answers to the research objectives. Respondents were used in this research were 100 in the undergraduate students of IPB registered in the period 2009 - 2012. The number of respondents is determined based on quota sampling according to the number of students in each faculty. Selection of respondents were done through purposive sampling. The factors that were examined were education services, costs, facilities, human resources (HR), the reference group, and motivation. The results of MPS showed that, the motivation is the most influential factor on students interest to choose IPB.	id
