      PENGEMBANGAN KRITERIA RANCANGAN HIDROLIKA SUB-UNIT IRIGASI TETES PADA JARINGAN IRIGASI AIRTANAH DANGKAL

      Abstract
      Kinerja teknis jaringan irigasi air tanah dapat ditingkatkan melalui perbaikan manajemen pompa, sistem pengaliran, dan atau perbaikan teknologi irigasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kriteria hidrolika sub-unit dalam perancangan irigasi tetes pada jaringan irigasi air tanah dangkal, untuk menjamin tingkat efisiensi irigasi yang tinggi. Kriteria desain hidrolika sub-unit telah dikembangkan dalam bentuk tabel, nomogram dan program komputer dengan parameter diameter dan panjang pipa manifold dan pipa lateral. Dengan spesifikasi teknis emmiter, Ha= 50-150 kPa dan qa= 1,41-2,42 I/jam, pilihan diameter pipa lateral adalah 13 mm dan 19 mm. Dengan ukuran pipa lateral ini, diameter pipa manifold adalah 40 mm, 50 mm and 65 mm. Kriteria ini dapat digunakan sebagai standar rancangan dan dapat dikembangkan dalam bentuk manual rancangan untuk sistem irigasi tetes pada jaringan irigasi air tanah dangkal.
       
      The technical performance of shallow groundwater irrigation schemes (SGWIS) might be able to be increased, either by improvement of pump operation management, improvement of the conveyance system, or improvement in the technology of irrigation application. The objective of this research is to develop sub-unit hydraulics criteria for designing drip irrigation within SGWIS that can ensure a high level of irrigation efficiency. The sub-unit hydraulics design criteria of drip irrigation have been developed in form of table, nomogram, as well as computer program, with parameters of diameter and length of manifold and lateral pipelines. With the technical specification of emitter, Ha= 50-150 kPa and qa= 1,41-2,42 l/h, the option of lateral pipe diameters are 13 mm and 19 mm. With these lateral sizes, the diameters of manifold pipe are 40 mm, 50 mm and 65 mm. The criteria could be used as a standard and it could be developed as a design manual of drip irrigation system in groundwater irrigation schemes.
