In this research the synthesis of CCTO by using hydrothermal method from Chicken Eggshells as Source of Ca had been done. Sample was calcined at 900 ° C for 8 hours then sintered at various temperature from 950 ° C and 1050 ° C for 12 hours. Samples were characterized by using XRD and showed that CCTO formed match with the JCPDS data (pattern 21-0140). The results of LCR meter in the frequency range of 100Hz to 10KHz indicated that CCTO with sintering temperature of 950 ° C has a dielectric constant of ~ 33000 at a frequency of 100Hz and tan δ ~ 1.80 at the same frequency. While the sintering temperature of 1050 ° C decreased CCTO dielectric constant (~ 3031) at a frequency of 100Hz, with value of tan δ ~ 4.95. Sintering temperature variation also resulted in changes of CCTO microstructure. At the sintering temperature of 950 ° C the microstructure of CCTO has small grains (~0.058 μm) and a uniform grain size distribution, while the sintering temperature of 1050 ° C sample CCTO has a larger grain size (~0.0703μm).en
