dc.description.abstractThe development of e-commerce is quite rapid. E-commerce is quite desirable for its ability to give service around the clock without geography boundaries. Website usability is one of supporting factor. This study gives evaluation for each usability parameter based on browser and evaluator user type. The Assesment criterion defined to each parameter before evaluation. Evaluation can be done by doing observation followed with giving score for each parameter. Parameter of browser user type consists of homepage, navigation, and search, while evaluator user type consists of Search Engine Result Page (SERP) and page of product detail. The Assesment criterion defined into 81 criterion for 38 parameter. The number of evaluated Indonesia e-commerce websites are 102 websites. Most of evaluated websites are 70.6% with a good final score.en
