| dc.description.abstract | The more development activity and population growth happened, generated the higher land demand. This was not supported by availability and permanent land capacity. As an impact, there was a land conversion especially frorn green open space into non green open space. The largest land conversion occurred from agriculture land to urban land. One of the reasons that enhanced conversion process was low agriculture land rent compared with non agriculture land rent. | |
