Upper Cilliwung Watershed closely related to Jakarta flooding event. Water level in Katulampa dam reached 230 cm equal to discharge of 552 m3/second on 29 January 2014. It presumably because of countinuous rainfall all day with the intensity from low to high. The rain that continuously fell for few days caused the soil saturated so that the number of surface flow significant increased. The relation between the rainfalls in three observation stations which are Citeko, Gunung Mas, and Katulampa as well as average rainfalls and the discharge on Katulampa dam showed a correlation values of 0.87, 0.87, 0.83, and 0.87 respectively. It explains that rainfalls on three observation stations as well as average rainfalls affects the water level on Katulampa dam. The higher the rainfall in Upper Ciliwung Watershed, the higher the water level on Katulampa dam will be. The coefficient value of the surface flow on 12, 17, 21, and 29 of January 2014 are 20.7 %, 32.8 %, 37.7 %, and 33.8 % respectively.en
