Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a math-based linear programming technique that is used to measure the performance of certain decision makers. The DEA is widely applied in banking, hospitals, and industrial management systems. This paper is intended to measure the efficiency of eleven small and mediumsized production of tofu enterprises at Kelurahan Pasir Jaya, subdistrict West Bogor, based on their inputs and outputs within a single production process. This involves measurement of the efficiency of four inputs variable and two outputs variable. The amount of soys as raw material, the area of production site, the number of labors and the production cost were used as input variables. The output variables include the total revenue and the number of customers. Measurement of efficiency level is carried out by using the Charnes, Cooper and Rhodes (CCR) model under output orientation. We also provide output projection including information of inefficient enterprises.
