Levels of household wastewater that increases cause water quality decline. Declining of water quality candistrupt aquatic biota and human activities, so needed for efforts to improve water quality. Bioremediation can used to increase water quality. Bioremediation can be done by plant, which is called the fitoremediation. Neomarica gracillis can be expected to act as agents of bioremediation. Neomarica gracillis is a plant can remediation of household waste water. Methods of bioremediation household waste water use Neomarica gracillis conduct exsitu. Household waste water made with a concentration of 25%, 50%, and 100%, then given two treatments. The first treatment give Neomarica gracillis, and the second treatment without give Neomarica gracillis. Parameters of water quality consisting of pH, temperature, DO, BOD, CO2-free, and total hardness measure for threeweeks. Generally, Neomarica gracillis can increase DO and pH, and decrease temperature, CO2-free, total hardness, ammonium levels, and phospat levels. Ammonium levels and phospat levels decrease in concentration 25% and 50% whereas in concentration 100% increased. The growth respons that show by Neomarica gracilis is root length and amount of leaves.
