Analisis Finansial Pengelolaaan Hutan Rakyat Sertifikasi di Kecamatan Sambirejo, Kabupaten Sragen

Abstract

Certification community forest is managed forests by communities with sustainable management system and approved by international ecolabel. Forest certification have implemented in different community forests, District Sambirejo, Sragen in 2009. The purpose of this study is comparing financially Jati business management of forest certification between community forest farmer who get the assist from local government budget and private effort community forest, as well as to identify farmer’s perceptions toward the influence of forest certification. Local government budget community forest management and private effort community forest either 10 or 20 year cycle are equally viable because it has a value of NPV > 0, BCR values > 1 and IRR > interest rates. Local government budget community forest management of 20 years cycle is considered the most profitable than others who have a NPV value of Rp. 97 546 135 million. Farmers feel the absence of changes specifically from the forest certification if in terms of economic aspect , but farmers feel the better environmental changes for forest people center after the forest certification.
