Pengelolaan Lanskap Taman Kota Central Park Mall, Jakarta Barat

Abstract

Central Park Mall is a mall in West Jakarta that has green garden area which is quite spacious. The shopping center was built with modern architecture and green building concept as one of the megaproject from P.T. Agung Podomoro Group, Tbk. located in Jalan Letnan Jenderal S. Parman Kav. 28 Jakarta 11470. The concept of development is very suitable as a place of internship activities to learn city park management and its implementation as a garden-based environment. The purpose of this internship is studying and analyzing aspects of the maintenance and management of the park, analyzing the desires of the users, and arranging the management strategies of Central Park Mall. Required data is on the activities of apprentices include physical aspects, social aspect, administration aspect, maintenance and management of park aspect. Analysis of data used the descriptive analysis, user analysis, and SWOT analysis. Based on result of the SWOT analysis, there are eight points strategies for management of Central Park Mall proposed to systems management on behalf of the manager in the future.
