Gurame (Osphronemus goramy) or carp is a species of freshwater fish consumption that are classified as economically important. In 2009 the production of fish carp reach the targeted 46.452 tons and will increase 48.900 tonnes in 2014. FGA (Fish growth accelerator) to stimulate the growth of fish through the stimulation of appetite for fish, so as to improve the cultivation and fish feed conversion also increases the fish survival by improving the immune system and resistance to stress. Treatment research of using Protein 12-14% + FGA, Protein 14-16% Protein, FGA + 18% + FGA, and Protein 30-31% as control. Before the FGA be mixed with feed, the first glued together using the yolk so that FGA were given was not damaged and degraded by digestive enzymes. 14-16% Protein + FGA is highly recommended for farmers at the stage of carp hatchery. Not only was able to reduce the cost of production, with the utilization of fodder fish growth made it much faster so that it can accelerate the time of maintenance. In addition, this provision with feed capable of producing High survival and increase production yield.
