dc.description.abstractPuncak visitors are expecting a pleasant tour experience without a jam. This expectation was restrained by the high-level traffic and less information about the good places in Puncak. Visit Puncak (VP) is a mobile application which is designed to estimate the density of Puncak visitors and serve the information about the destination in Puncak. This research focuses on mobile user experience (UX) design which was build using the wheel lifecycle based on Hartson-Pyla method. The lifecycle started with an analysis to understand user works and needs by doing an interview and observation involving 111 respondents. Design that is needed to determine interaction behavior and look and feel is done by creating a persona, storyboard, and scenario. Design results are implemented into a low-fidelity and medium-fidelity prototype. Overall, based on Nielsen heuristic evaluation, VP had meet the goals of usability. However, the usability problem about visibility of system status should be fixed before the app can be released.en
