      Abstract
      ANITA PUTRI AYU SULKANTO. Estimasi Sisa Nasi, Lauk Hewani, Lauk Nabati, dan Sayuran Konsumen di Kantin Metro Gizi dan Kantin Zea Mays Institut Pertanian Bogor. Dibimbing oleh HADI RIYADI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi sisa nasi, lauk hewani, lauk nabati, dan sayuran di Kantin Metro Gizi dan Kantin Zea Mays Institut Pertanian Bogor. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional study dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 204 orang. Data sisa makanan didapatkan dengan cara menimbang langsung sisa makanan yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik food weighing. Hasil menunjukkan sisa nasi lebih banyak berasal dari Kantin Metro Gizi. Sisa lauk hewani, nabati, dan sayuran lebih banyak berasal dari Kantin Zea Mays. Berdasarkan hasil uji beda T-Test dapat diketahui adanya perbedaan yang nyata kehilangan zat gizi dari sisa makanan akibat tidak dikonsumsi oleh konsumen antara Kantin Metro Gizi dengan Kantin Zea Mays (p < 0.05). Berdasarkan uji statistik yang dilakukan pada kehilangan zat gizi berdasarkan jenis kelamin, status pendidikan, dan pendapatan diketahui tidak ada perbedaan yang nyata (p > 0.05) antara kehilangan zat gizi dari sisa makanan dengan jenis kelamin, status pendidikan, dan pendapatan responden.

This study aimed to estimated leftover of the rice, animal side dishes, plant side dishes, and vegetables consumers in Metro Gizi Canteen and Zea Mays Canteen at Bogor Agricultural University. The study design used was cross- sectional with number of respondents of 204 people. Leftover data obtained by weighing the food leftover collected directly. The result showed that leftover of rice in Metro Gizi Canteen higher than in Zea Mays Canteen. More leftover of animal and plant sources of food and vegetables come from Zea Mays Canteen. Based on different T-Test result can be known any real difference from nutrients loss of the leftover consumers between Metro Gizi Canteen with Zea Mays Canteen (p<0.05). Based on statistical tests result can be known there is no significant difference between the loss of nutrients of food leftover with gender, educational status, and income respondents (p>0.05).
