Fabrikasi dan Optimasi Sifat Fisis Film Nanokomposit NiFe2O4- Multiwalled Nanotube/PVA
Abstract
Fabrication and characterization of NiFe2O4-MWNT/PVA nanocomposite film has been conducted. NiFe2O4-MWNT as a filler of nanocomposite film were gained using simple mixing method from solution containing Fe(NO3)3.9H2O, Ni(NO3) 2.6H2O and MWNT. The filler was mixed with Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) with some various concentrations and dried in room temperature for 24 hours. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis were used to determine the presence and the crystal size of NiFe2O4, LCR meter were used to determine the conductivity of each sample while VSM characterization were used to determine the magnetic properties of each samples. Analyses of XRD showed that the phase of NiFe2O4 were begin to formed especially in sample D (2.5 ml filler and 2.5 ml PVA). Based on electrical propeties using LCR meter, as increasing the consentration of the filler in nanocomposite film will also increase the conductivity of all sample, sample D has the biggest conductivity (1.92 x 10-6 S/cm) whereas based on M-H hysterisis graph from VSM characterization known that the addition of the filler can change the magnetic properties of each samples became paramagnetics.
