dc.description.abstractFlies are filth insect for society notably in food higiene and environment sanitation. Flies were first insect that came to carrion on decomposition process. So far, there only a few researcher about flies diversity on carrion in Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to determine the diversity of flies on carrion indoor. Two rabbits were used in this research. The rabbits were slaughtered at the neck and then were placed indoor area. Flies that came to the carrion were collected with sweep net. Data of environment termperature and humidity were collected for 30 days, included observation of carrion. Flies that were collected from the highest to lowest number were Chrysomya rufifacies, C. megacephala, Calliphora spp., Tachinidae, Chrysomya saffranea, M. domestica, Lucilia sp., and Sarcophaga sp. Fluctuation of environment temperature and humidity did not have correlation with to number of flies arrival. The number of flies were decrease after day of 17then
