| dc.description.abstract | Sukabumi City has strategic position as it is located between the megaurban, Jabodetabek and Bandung Raya. This city has a large area of paddy field. Due to the existence of Act No 41, 2009 about sustainable agricultural land, then Sukabumi City has a tremendous opportunity to protect paddy field. We utilized IKONOS in 2012 and Paddy Field Map in 20120 to determine the distribution pattern of paddy field. Furthermore, multiple regression was employed to find out affecting factors of existing paddy field. Scallogram analysis was then utilized to find out the level of completeness of paddy field agricultural infrastructure and create a protected paddy field criteria for selecting paddy field to be protected. The spatial analysis showed that paddy field distributed in all villages expect Tipar Village and Gunungpuyuh Village. Paddy field has been in accordance with the physical condition and spread at various distances not only irrgation but also the main road. Factors that have a very real effect of exsisting paddy field in Sukabumi City were irrigation distance <100 m, slope <3 %, rainfall 2500-3000 mm, and main road distance <300 m. The completeness level of paddy field agricultural infrastructure in each villages divided 1st hierarchy (5 villages), 2nd hierarchy (9 villages), and 3rd hierarchy (19 villages). Paddy field that including 1st priority, 2nd priority, and 3rd priority were 468.55 ha (29.68 %), 483.44 ha (30.62 %) dan 626.54 ha (39.69 %). | en |
