Wood utilization of private forest has a potential to fulfill the raw material demand of industry amid the decreasing of natural forest resources in Indonesia. One of scheme for development of private forest in Indonesia is partnership scheme. The purpose of this research is to determine the financial feasibility of partnership scheme with profit sharing mechanism in jabon (Anthocephalus cadamba Miq.) private forest management at Kebun Semeru Forestry Business Unit (UUP Kebun Semeru), Mitra Karsa Cooperative, Forestry Research and Development Agency that located in Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. Financial analysis using Discounted Cash Flow methods shows that the NPV is Rp 202.700.335, IRR is 31% and Net B/C is 1,37. It means that private forest management by UUP Kebun Semeru is financially feasible. Despite net profit that earned from this partnership scheme is less than net profit earned by self-capital or bank loan capital for private forest, this profit sharing scheme is one of profitable option in the situation of capital limitation or complex requirements to get loan from official financing sector such as bank.
