Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian pada Dinas Pertanian Kota Bogor

Abstract

Bogor city government through Bogor city human resources board (BKPP) has utilized information technology in employee management through Human Resources Information System (SIMPEG). However, the current SIMPEG have not been able to meet information needs of staffing managers of Bogor City Department of Agriculture. To meet the needs of such information, it is then designed SIMPEG within the Department of Agriculture. The design method uses the system development life cycle (SDLC) with object oriented approach to analysis and design (OOAD). The modeling uses the unified modeling language (UML), while the implementation phase uses the model-view-controller (MVC) approach and component-based construction to accelerate the process of writing the program code.
