dc.description.abstractThe researcher has applied the double pithing toward magnetic field in order to see how the frog responds. On this research, the result is shown by graphic that explains the relation between the strength of heart contraction and time with the using of Chart 5 ADInstrumens. On every single frog heart there are five control and five application done within 30 minutes using of time. Control was done in order to take the data without magnetic field and application was done in order to give magnetic field with 60 Gauss – 420 Gauss. Application was done right after data intake on control. The result that has been gotten from this research shows that there are frequency reduction of heart muscle contraction because of magnetic field, but other two contraction parameter like force of amplitude and contraction strength didn’t have any changes. Reduction that happened because of magnetic field on contraction frequency assumed as the impact of drift changes. That changesslow down theturn of ion on extracellular and intracellular from cells that is named cardiomycocyte. In the end it causes the reduction of contraction frequency.en
