Take a rest, play arround, and eat are of the most common behaviours encountered in both male and female otter. In contrast, the least common one are keeping others clean and avoiding conflict. The cage chamber of otter consisted of three main grids which function as the center of their whole activities, i.e., grid five, eight, and two. Those three grids had the essential components supporting the otter behavior to live as in its native habitat. Grid one and three were of the least often visited grids because they have coarse surface and messed by the remain material during cage building. Behavior frequency calculation in a grid on cross table showed the same result with Duncan analysis test, which explain that there was at least one behavior having the most significant value compare to other behaviors. This result indicates that the choosing of a grid for animal is related to their certain behavior supporting to the applied grid.
