dc.description.abstractThe growth of market share in Indonesia is followed closely by companies, therefore many new companies develop business in Indonesia. One of a growing business that is engaged in the business of food and bevarages is coffee outlets. One coffee shop located in Bekasi area is Starbucks Coffee. The objectives of this study are to identify the characteristics of customers in Starbucks Coffee beverage products, identify product purchase decision process drinks Starbucks Coffee, to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions include environmental influence, individual differences and psychological processes on product purchasing decisions to drink Starbucks Coffee. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed psychological factors directly influence the process of purchasing decisions.en
