Bangka island is part of the province of Bangka Belitung has relics of the rich history and culture. One of these is the Tionghoa built in 1710. The arrival of Tionghoa's Tin mining activities linked to by colonial Netherlands. People Tionghoa is mining labor brought from the North in mainland Tionghoa particularly from tribes Xinke or Khek. This research aims to develop a cultural landscape plan of the Tionghoa cultural tourism in the village of Riding Panjang of Bangka island. The benefits of this research are as documents and input to the planning of preservation and development of cultural tourism as well as to preserve the historical and cultural heritage, particularly in Bangka island. Data is collected through two methods such as study literature and land survey. The tools used for data collection in this research are digital cameras, GPS, measuring tape, stationery images and computer. Aspects of the area of selection was analyzed to determine the boundaries of the cultural tourism area, the analysis of aspects of tourism to determine space travel within the region, socio-cultural aspects of analysis to find out the knowledge society on the history of the village and the State as well as the readiness of the community footprint in this village as one of the cultural tourism area of Tionghoa culture. From the result of area selection analysis, there are three dusun among seven dusun will have planned as a tourist area culture such as Dusun Air Dayung, Dusun Sinar Rembulan and Dusun Batu Tunggal. Landscape planning describe landscape arragement by develop the concept of keeping the sustainability in this cultural site and Tionghoa culture region. The development of this concept consist offour tourism culture zone such welcome zone (6.14 ha/5.74 %), transition zone (22.93 ha/21.42 %), service zone (21.05 ha/19.67%) and main zone (56.9 ha/53.16%). The interpretation of cultural tourism developed by classify prime, secondary and tertiary circulation, so that the visitor could visit all of the potential object and the attraction of the area. The caring capacity of this Tionghoa cultural tourism are 5492 people and 187 cars. For carriying the implementation of this Tionghoa cultural tourism landscape planning, needed participation of local government, society and business subject to support, control, maintain and keep the environment quality, keep Tionghoa Culture and caring as the development of society economy in this village.
