      Abstract
Indonesia is the world's second largest producer natural rubber in 2011. One of industry that is closely related to environmental issues are natural rubber agroindustries. The more higher production of natural rubber led to the higher impact on the environment. Green productivity approach is an effort to reduce environmental impact and production continues to increase. This research analyzed the design of intelligent decision support system applications on web based in green productivity approach to natural rubber agro-industry. The research method consists of several stages of process, i.e. green productivity measurement, simulation of alternative scenarios, selection strategy and selection policy. Measurement of green productivity using fuzzy rule-based has a parameter environment indicators, economic indicators and green productivity index. The selection strategy using fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is aims to choose alternatives from expert recommendation based on hierarchical structure. The selection policy uses BOCR analysis and fuzzy Analytic Network Process (ANP) aims to choose an alternative based on many factors and influence each other. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. Based on analysis results there are differences in decision results on fuzzy AHP and fuzzy ANP. This is due fuzzy AHP consider alternatives to reduction of environmental impact and increased profits. Whereas fuzzy ANP not only consider environmental impact and benefits, but also consider the opportunities and risks of economic aspect, technological and social along mutual influence elements. The best alternative results fuzzy ANP have little risk to environment and a great opportunity to company imaging. These alternatives are more profitable because its applied does not require the readiness of infrastructure and a small cost.
