Tetrastigmais a liana which became the host of holoparasit plant, Rafflesia. Therefore, the survival of Rafflesia depend on Tetrastigma. One way to maintain the existence of Rafflesia is by multiplying Tetrastigma through giving the hormone on the stem of Tetrastigma. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of callus growth differences by giving sitokinin hormone on the stem of Tetrastigma leucosthaphyllum.The methods that used is to give treatment of those plants, namely by giving sitokinin hormone with each concentration 0 (control), 20 mg/l, 40 mg/l, 60 mg/l, and 80 mg/l on three kinds of lianas. Based on the research, the treatment by giving sitokinin hormone 80 mg/lgave the highest amount of influence in growing callus than other treatment. But based on the test there is no real influence in each concentration of giving treatment by 0 (control), 20 mg/l, 40 mg/l, 60 mg/l, dan 80 mg/l.
