This research was conducted in order to describe the sanitary condition of food kiosks around IPB Dramaga through amount of Staphylococcus aureus on food handler’s hands. Total of 42 food kiosks around IPB Dramaga were selected randomly as the respondents. The research was conducted with cross sectional study. Data was collected by interviewing the respondents using the questionnaires and examining total of Staphylococcus aureus from hands using replicate organism direct agar contact (RODAC). Data was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the majority of respondents were adult and elder (73.8%), had low educational level (57.1%) and selling experience under 10 years (69.1%), never attended the training about food safety (71.4%), and never found out the health department supervision (71.4%). Based on RODAC analysis showed that 59.5% of food handler’s were contaminated by Staphylococcus aureus belong to high contamination. Thus it was concluded that the sanitation of food kiosks and personal hygiene were still low.
