The aim of this experiment was to obtain the profile of bilirubin concentration, activity of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) enzymes on dogs with chronic Babesia sp. infection. Twelve dogs which are chronically positive of babesiosis were used in this experiment, regardless of breed, age, and sex. Blood samples were taken through the Chephalic antibrachii vein for the examination of concentration of total bilirubin, conjugated bilirubin, unconjugated bilirubin, activity of AST and ALT. The blood examination was delivered by Dialab Photometer DTN-410® instrument. Results of this study showed that the concentration of total bilirubin, conjugated bilirubin, unconjugated bilirubin, activity of AST and ALT were 0.63±0.19 mg/dL, 0.39±0.19 mg/dL, 0.24±0.16 mg/dL, 55.58±15.39 IU/L, 60.75±26.58 IU/L respectively. In conclusion, out of twelve dogs with chronic Babesia sp infection showed various blood chemistry profile, i.e. conjugated hyperbilirubinaemia (11 dogs), increased of AST activity (9 dogs), and increased of ALT activity (2 dogs)en
