The aim of the research to study species diversity and density fluctuation of mosquitoes in cattle farm Unit Reproduction and Rehabilitation Bogor Agricultural University (URR IPB). Mosquitoes was collected by light trap from 6 pm to 6 am on June to October 2012. The mosquitoes preservation used pinning method to identify the species. There were 470 mosquitoes from 8 times collections, consisted of 7 species Culex (Cx. tritaeniorhynchus, Cx. gelidus ,Cx. bitaeniorhynchus, Cx. fuscocephalus, Cx. hutchinsoni, Cx. quinqeufasciatus, and Cx. pseudosinensis), 1 species Armigeres (Ar. subalbatus), 1 species Anopheles (An. nigerrimus), and 1 species Aedes (Ae. albopictus). The dominant species was Armigeres subalbatus (35.53%) and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus (21.91%). The highest mosquitoes density was discovered at 6 pm to 7 pm. The result of Pearsons corellation analysis showed that corellation of mosquitoes density to rainfall was -0.641, to humidity 0.21, and to temperature 0.681.
