The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of physiological solutions and temperature on the storing capacity of A. atlas’s semen. Semen from ten imago were collected using eppendorf tube. Collected semen than divided into four tubes and each of them diluted 1:1 with NaCl 0.9%, dextrose 5%, dextrose 10%, or Ringer’s lactate. Diluted semen divided into two tubes and storage each of them at refrigerator (2–5 ºC) or room temperature (28–29ºC). The viability of sperm was evaluate every 12 hours until no sperm movement was found. The result indicated that there was no significantly difference among physiological solutions (p>0.05) on the storing capacity of A. atlas sperm. Semen storage at refrigerator demonstated prolongs viability up to 77.70±40.12 hours compare with room temperature only 46.20±9.23.en
