| id |
| dc.description.abstract | Phytic acid molecule has a high Phosphorus (P) content (28.2%) and chelating potential to form a wide variety of insoluble salts with divalent cations. These binding potentially renders these minerals unavailability for intestinal absorption of the monogastric animals as well as human. Zinc (Zn) may be the trace element which bioavailability is most influenced by phytate. | en |
