Wood supplied from natural forests decreasing and marginal land increasing and requires the development of both timber plantations and community forest. This is done in order to meet the increasing demand for wood commodities. Jabon tree (Anthocepalus cadamba Miq.) has good prospects because of relatively fast-growing trees in a variety of soil types. Jabon wood has pretty good marketing prospects with silviculture techniques that are relatively easy. The use of inorganic fertilizers continuously tends to destroy soil, soil structure and soil fertility. Therefore the use of liquid organic fertilizer is a solution to keep the fertility of the soil, even though used continuously. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of application of organic manure (POC) with different doses for growth of the seedlings in the nursery jabon and to determine its effect on resistance to disease of Jabon seedlings in the nursery. As the treatment was liquid organic fertilizer which is used to seedlings Jabon consisting of a controls that is not fertilized (A), POC with a dose of 0.5 mL 100 mL-1 water or concentration of 0.5%, with the number 20 mL tan-1 (B), POC with a dose of 0.75 mL 100 mL-1 water or concentration of 0.75%, with the amount of 20 mL of tan-1 (C), and 250 grams of manure tan-1 (D). Fertilization is divided into 3 (three) parts, namely the roots, stems and leaves. The result showed that the liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 0.5% was the best compared to other concentration with high accretion at 13.38 cm and a diameter of accretion 2.94 cm. The use of liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 0.5% was optimal for seedling resistance to disease Jabon spots on the leaves, which are resistant or damage rate 2.56%.en
