This research was conducted to investigate the blood profile of infected goat with Fasciola gigantica metacercariae. A total of 20 male goats, six old months were allocated in three groups namely F1 that infected with 200 metacercariae, F2 that infected with 400 metacercariae and K were not infected. Pellets were used to feed the goats in this study. The blood samples were collected from jugularis vein before and after the infection every two weeks and the parameters analyzed were erythrocytes count, hemoglobin and hematocrit for 12 weeks. The fasciolosis infection results showed that the eggs were not found in feces examination at the end of research. The adult flukes also were not found at the liver during the post mortem examination. The blood profile observations were fluctuated and the highest changes of erythrocytes were observed at 12th weeks post infection, while the changes of hemoglobin and hematocrit were still within the normal range. Based on this study, the infection of 200 and 400 Fasciola gigantica metacercariae did not influence the erythrocytes count, hemoglobin and hematocrit.en
