dc.description.abstractThe structure of forest stands have differences between the conditions before and after logging. It is influenced by some factors on the conditions before and after logging. To be able figure out how big the differences between the structure of forest stands before and after logging, the diameter distribution model can be used in the stands like the model of the family distribution. There are four models of the family distribution commonly used that is an Exponential negative, Gamma, Lognormal and Weibull. From the four of distribution model will be selected the best of family distribution models which can describe the difference in the structure of forest stands. The results of the research show the Exponential negative distribution family model was selected as the best model. Based on results test of Chi-square (X2) an Exponential negative distribution family model was able to explain the difference between the structure of forest stands before and after logging.en
