| dc.description.abstract | Each year the Department of Computer Science graduates several students, upon the completion of their thesis. This results in the accumulation of the thesis data. From the data bank, some information related to the timely graduations of students, such as title of thesis, GPA, supervisor, and lab can be retrieved. This research created an integrated data warehouse with (On-Line Analytical Processing) OLAP to see the pattern that support timely graduation. The OLAP server used in this research is Mondrian 3.5.0. The data used are the thesises of IPB Computer Science students year 2001, 2005 to 2008. The steps being taken include analysis, design, preprocessing, and concluded with the implementation of data warehouse and OLAP operations. The data warehouse schema is created using the galaxy scheme. This research resulted in eleven dimensions (GPA, Time Entry, Time Pass, Lab, Lecturer, Entrance, Gender, District, Keywords, Duration of Study, NIM) and two facts table (Thesis, Student). | en |
