| dc.description.abstract | Ragunan Zoo is one of the conservation organizations that carried animals management based on the principles of ethics and animal welfare. Beside that, it also has a function as recreation place.The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze management of common palm civet welfare and its of prosperity level in Ragunan Zoo, measuring interests of the visitors Zoo about the common palm civet, and also make recommendations for better management in common palm civet welfare.The results showed that management of common palm civet in Ragunan Zoo consists of three main activities, which are housing, feeding, and health. The welfare of common palm civet in Ragunan Zoo also classified as good. This animal is one of the favorite animals viewed by visitors.
