dc.description.abstractFungi is a natural resource that has many potential to be developed for human needs. One of them is Xylaria sp. that has function as decomposer. It was associated with the return of soil nutrients. The objectives of this research are to study the effect of pH, media shake, and addition sawdust on the growth of Xylaria sp. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications. pH treatment on PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) showed that isolates Xylaria sp. did not grow at pH 2. The best growth of colony diameter obtained on PDA with pH 8. PDB (Potato Dextrose Broth) treatment results obtained shakes highest mycelial dry weight at 100 rpm shake. The addition sawdust of Falcataria moluccana and Maesopsis eminii on MEA medium (Malt Extract Agar) no real effect on the growth of Xylaria sp.en
