Watershed management requires actual information about hydrological parameter, so the availability for the erosion data becomes important and erosion prediction necessary to be done periodically. The goals of this research are to predict the erosion hazard spatially and to plan the right conservative measure to reduce erosion in Cisadane Hulu watershed, particularly in SPAS Cipeucang area, using USLE and GIS method. The erosivity calculation results in 1515.59, the erodibilty was categorized as high, LS was between 0.7627 - 5.3785, and C was between 0.001-0.5045. The maximum potential erosion was 4234.04 ton/hectare/year, the highest actual erosion was 1199.97 ton/hectare/year and lowest actual erosion was 0.48 ton/hectare/year. The erosion hazard index was categorized as low. Forest land use was effective to reduce erosion hazard in SPAS Cipeucang.
