dc.description.abstractRiceis a commodity that has been still the staple food of Indonesia so far. Riceis also acommodity that canaffect thesocio-economic conditions, andstate politics. However,related to the currentrice commodities in Indonesia, rice store that has suffered the drawback. Farmer sare required to participatein building the strength of the national food through increased productivity. The claimis often hampered by the powerlessness of farmers in the ability to apply (adoption) the technology. Integrated Crop Management (ICM) is one of the government's efforts to realize the successful achievement of sustainable self-sufficiency through increased productivity. ICM is a participatory holistic approach tailored to site-specific conditions. Therefore, it is not a technology package that must be applied by farmers in all locations. ICM goal is to improve the livelihoods of farmers through the application of appropriate technology to local conditions. The success of a program is influenced by knowledge, skills, and attitudes of actors/doers (farmers) in the field. Research to be conducted is expected to provide feedback information to the farmers' understanding towards this methods asthe efforts to increase rice productivity. This study took place in Pancawati village Caringin bogor. Research subjects in this study are all members of farmer groups in the Pancawati village Caringin bogor. The sampling technique used is using census technique, so the respondents in this study are the entire population of the 125 farmers. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis and SEM (Structural Equation Model) by using PLS program. The analysisconducted inthis study, it can be concluded thatthe responsesof farmers towards this method in improvingrice productivityare good. This can be indicated byrespondents perceptions ofthe knowledge, skillsandgood attitude. Based on the SEM PLS,the knowledge and skills affect productivity but higher skills than the loading factor productivity of knowledge that is more influenced by the skills of farmers but farmers have not been able to make modifications because of conceptual knowledge or lack of knowledge that needed assistance because it involves the application of field and field of technical skills to be successful applying the method of PTT. In the long term knowledge is also needed so that farmers can provide innovation input, modify the method of PTT, PTT method helps application problems. It is shown by the different manner in which the attitude variable does not affect productivity.en
