dc.description.abstractWater in rivers affects human life. If the amount of rainfall exceeds normal limits, disaster can harm the society in the area. In order to prevent that, the calculation of rainfall is needed. Rainfall can be calculated using Thiessen method. However, calculating rainfall manually takes a long time. Thus, the purpose of this research is to implement Thiessen method such that the calculation will be faster. Thiessen method accommodates weighting rainfall using the area of rainfall stations. User will input parameters needed by system built in this research. These parameters are rainfall per rain station and area of rain stations. The system calculates the average of rainfall using Thiessen method. This value will be shown to the user to be used as needed. This system has been able to show the results of average rainfall calculationen
