Sifat Fisik dan Mekanik Papan Laminasi Silang Kayu Mindi (Melia azedarach Linn) Menggunakan Perekat Isosianat
Abstract
Cross Laminated Timber is a multi-layer wooden panel made from lumber. Each layer of boards is placed cross-wise to the adjacent layers for increased rigidity and stability. The objectives of this research was to determine the effect of lamination board thickness combination and angle orientation on physical and mechanical properties of Cross Laminated Timber made from mindi wood (Melia azedarach Linn) using isocyanate adhesive. The average of density, moisture content, volumetric swelling, volumetric shrinkage, delamination of cold water, and delamination of hot water were 0.34 g/cm3, 15.44%, 5.00%, 4.29%, 9.29%, 31.98%, respectively. The average of MOE, MOR, compression strength, and shear strength were 34405 kg/cm2, 217 kg/cm2, 133 kg/cm2, 24.14 kg/cm2, respectively
