Peningkatan Aspek Pengetahuan dalam Perlindungan K3 Pemanenan Kayu: Aplikasi Safety Game

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in forestry work is very important because of the high level of danger as stipulated in Act No. 1 of 1970, Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, and ILO Code of Practice on OSH in forestry which has been ratified. However, in its implementation there are practices that are not appropriate and put workers in a position of high risk work, because they didn’t know that their practices are practices that aren’t safe and healthy. Safety Game is an instrumen of learning that can be used to improve the workers knowledge workers of OSH, as an alternative to the counseling, with simple technique, low cost, and flexible time of usage. Assessment using questionnaires showed an increase in knowledge after the use of Safety Game which has varied both in value and significance level corresponding to the influencing factors. Based on observations, there are some improvements that are needed so that Safety Game may function optimally
