The research was conducted in Bogor Agricultural University Campus, located in Darmaga, Bogor, West Java, that has higher value of biodiversity compared to other areas surrounding. The research was aimed to identify areas that have high conservation value of biodiversity in the location studied. The study was carried out from Februari to April 2012. Primary data were collected from direct survey, and the secondary data were obtained from interview and literature study. Among total ± 256,97 hectares of IPB Campus area, the study identified about 65,11 hectares (25,34 %) of the areas having high conservation value, such as Riparian of Cihideung and Ciapus River, Sengon Forest near Rectorat building, Al-Huriyah forest, Cikabayan forest, LSI Lake (Situ Leutik), Forest near Sylva dormitory, Arboretum of Forest Faculty, and Arboretum of Tropical Forest .
