Motivation is crutial variable to make instiution work well. Herzberg motivation theory have two factors motivation, they are motivator factors and hygine factors. This research focus on measure influence on two motivativation factors to job satisfaction. This research objects are collected using survey method to all permanent lecturer in STIE Kesatuan, they are 60 respondens. Analysis data used descriptif and statistic. Statistic analysis used SPSS 19.0 and Partial least Square with Smart PLS 2.0.The result in this research show that motivator factors and hygine factors influenced to job satisfaction. Based on Herzberg theory, motivator factor have influesnced more to job satisfaction than hygine factors. Involved is the most loading value on motivator factors.This value show that involved have multiplier effect to increase other factors in motivator factors. Supervision is the most loading value on hygine factors, that mean supervision could increase other factors in hygine factors to increase job satisfaction. Demographic factor (gender) is not influenced to job satisfaction. Based on the result, institution suggested to : 1) Institution have to maintain motivation factors that have influenced to job satisfaction, that means maintain motivation could increase productivity, deciplines on presence, and increase loyality to institution. 2) Motivator factors influenced to job satisfaction, that means involved have multiplier effect to increase other factors on motivator factors. 3) Hygine factor have influenced significant to job satisfaction. Supervission could make increase other hygine factors. Supervission is one of the factors that decided existence of lecturer in this institution.
