dc.description.abstractSpatial data changes that occur at any time can provide information in the form of objects which are subject to changes. Change of the objects proficiency level can be analyzed using the spatiotemporal query. Spatiotemporal query requires spatial operator design and temporal operator design rely heavily on the data, so that when used on different data will lead to changes in the variables of these operators without the semantic changes. Therefore, it takes spatiotemporal operator functions which are not dependent on the data. This study implements spatiotemporal operator functions into a framework. Framework is very useful to facilitate developers in the expansion and maintenance. In designing a framework, it takes some special parameters in order to make the framework goes well. The parameters used in the design are the object id, object name, object time, object area, centroid, and object geometry. In addition, spatiotemporal data are needed in the form of data sets per time in order to use this framework.
