The measurement of wet bulb temperature (Twb), dry bulb temperature (Tdb), and black globe temperature (Tbg) are used to assess the comfort index of human outdoor and indoor at IPB Baranangsiang campus based on Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) index. WBGT is a temperature composision to estimate the effect of air temperature, relative humidity, and solar radiation to human comfort. If Tbg data not available, Tbg can be predict by air temperature, relative humidity, and solar radiation. They explain the variability of Tbg data is 98,84% for outdoor and for indoor, without radiation explained, the variability is 98,65%. The average range of WBGT indoor and outdoor such as Botani, Fisika, Bsp01, Bsp02 class room and garden colection for morning are 24,3-24,8ºC, after noon are 28,2-31ºC, and evening are 26-27ºC. The relationship between WBGT with comfort index indicates is respondence feel comfortable when the value of WBGT is low and not comfortable when the value of WBGT is high. The results of this study show that the WBGT value is higher than WBGT standart in temperate region (subtropic)en
